Frost Yourself was formed by Elizabeth Nation in 2009.

Elizabeth has been designing and making jewellery for the last 12 months and prior to that she used to design and bead her own clothing.   Her love for fashion and design inspired her to start creating her own individual pieces of jewellery.  What started as a hobby became an obsession; she started attending craft fairs and gradually making jewellery not just for herself but as gifts for friends and family.   Everyone loved and admired her designs and it wasn’t long before she started receiving requests for bespoke pieces.
