Ordering

We are happy to receive your order or enquiry via the form on our contact page, by email, or by phone on 07725 055220.  Please find below details of the various methods of payment.

Paypal - This is a third party payment processor which enables online Credit and Debit card payments.   It is a secure system which has over 20 million registered users.

Bank Transfer - On-line or through your own branch.  Please contact us for details.

Cheque - All cheques are to be made payable to ‘Elizabeth Nation’.  Please note that we are unable to dispatch your jewellery until your cheque has cleared.

Cash or Postal Orders - in person or if posted by Royal Mail 'Special Delivery' only.

Delivery

Once payment has been taken, your order will be made and posted to you.   We aim to dispatch your parcel within 48 hours of receipt of your order.

All Items are sent via the Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery service at a cost of £2.00.

Delivery is between 3-5 working days for all items.  If there is going to be an unavoidable delay, we will contact you to see if you wish to proceed with the order.
 
Returns Policy

We are sure that you will be extremely happy with your order.  However if you are not entirely happy with your purchase, please do not hesitate to contact us.  We must be notified within 3 working days of receipt and returns must be postmarked within 10 working days of receipt.  Items must be returned, unworn and in perfect condition, complete with all accessories, packaging and proof of purchase and we will be happy to offer an exchange, credit note or a full refund less the cost of the P&P*.  The cost of return postage is entirely the responsibility of the customer.  All returns will be refunded within 30 days of receipt of goods.

*Unfortunately earrings cannot be refunded due to hygiene reasons and bespoke items cannot be refunded because every bespoke design is a personal requirement.

Privacy

WE DO NOT share your details with anyone else. All information we receive is used for the sole purpose of processing your order or enquiry.  If you would like to be notified of new designs, special offers or craft shows then please join our mailing list.

Additional

All our jewellery is handmade therefore we cannot guarantee that each piece will look exactly the same or as the picture.  However we like to think that this gives each piece a certain unique quality.  We hope you will agree.
